Questions
How much does it cost?
Every home is different, so we quote each one individually. Once we've seen your roofline, you get a firm, final price that includes installation, takedown, and storage. There are no surprise add-ons.
Do I need to buy my own lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, size them to your home, and store them for you. You never shop for, test, or store a single strand.
Will the lights damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips designed for shingles, gutters, and trim. Nothing is nailed, stapled, or glued to your home, and when the lights come down your roofline looks the way it did before.
When should I book?
As early as you can. Install dates fill in as we get closer to November, and booking early gets you your preferred date.
When do the lights come down?
Typically in January, on a date we confirm with you ahead of time. We remove everything, inspect it, and store it until next season.
What if a bulb goes out?
Call or text us. We'll come fix or swap the failed section so your house looks right through New Year's.
